The Golden Lane Estate Residents’ Association (GLERA) is the Recognised Tenants’ Association representing all residents of the Golden Lane Estate. Membership is automatic and free to all residents.

GLERA aims to:

  • Further the common community interests of all residents of Golden Lane Estate and represent members in dealings with the City of London Corporation, and any other bodies pursuant to those community interests
  • Promote the maintenance and improvement of amenities affecting those members together with the monitoring of all charges
  • Maintain the private status of the estate

The GLERA committee is made up of a small group of residents juggling work, family and everyday life, whilst doing what we can to improve life on the estate by working closely with our Councillors and using our status as a recognised residents’ association as best we can.

If you’d like to find out more about getting involved, particularly if there’s a key issue you are interested in or affected by, please get in touch! secretary.glera@gmail.com

we’re still under construction…

You’ll notice some pages are still [in progress] so there’ll be further info added over the next few weeks, hopefully all done by end of April.

If you find any broken links or out of date info please do email secretary.glera@gmail.com

Finally a BIG THANK YOU to Culture Mile BID for the grant that’s allowed us to revamp the website. We’ll be using the funding to also upgrade goldenlaneestate.org and create a community handbook for neighbours not on line. Look out for updates!
